Gardner overcame grave challenges, including sleeping in subway stations or finding shelter at the local church, to hold positions at Dean Witter Reynolds and Bear, Stearns & Co. before starting his own firm in 1987.
As owner and CEO of Gardner Rich LLC, with offices in New York, Chicago and San Francisco, Gardner has built a successful career in the brokerage and investment field.
