All hotel arrangements must be made through GRI, official housing bureau of The ASI Show! |

You must attend the exhibits both days (Jan 4-5, Feb 7-8, April 10-11, May 7-8 or July 23-24). |

Attendance must be verified by badge scan both exhibit days and at the Closing Celebration. |

Reimbursement will be at the single/double rate of the designated show hotel in each city — no fees, taxes or incidental charges are included. |

Offer is one per company, per year and all hotel/registration arrangements must be made no later than 60 days prior to show to be eligible for reimbursement. |

All ASI members who stay at an official show hotel will be reimbursed (one room for one night) at the single/double rate of the designated show hotel in each city. Attendees are welcome to stay in any official show hotel of their choosing; however, reimbursement will be based on the rates below.
