How are the traveling shows different from ASI Show?
The Advantages Roadshow consists of 18 weeks of one-day shows
in different cities. Each week the Advantages Roadshow will be in a different region of the country; one day each in five different cities. An average of 150 different distributors drive in from the local area each day. About 70 suppliers participate each week, moving from one city to the next every day. The Advantages Roadshows are held in hotels as opposed to major convention centers like ASI Shows.

These targeted shows are designed to draw attendance in the immediate geographic area of the cities in which they are located. Traveling shows have been described as “grassroots” events where suppliers reach smaller markets that aren’t reached by major industry shows. Suppliers benefit from being in cities all around
the country and meeting more distributors than would be possible
in a day of making in-person sales visits.

What kind of attendance is expected?
Each Advantages Roadshow week is projected to deliver 600 to 1,000 distributors. The hours that exhibits are open are productive, providing a unique opportunity to meet a local, drive-in audience of distributors. Show format allows you to spend one-on-one quality time with attendees. All qualified distributors are invited to attend the Advantages Roadshow (both ASI members and non-members).

What is a Super City?
As part of our 18-week schedule, the Advantages Roadshow will
be co-locating three cities with the Stitches Roadshow. The 23,000 subscribers of Stitches magazine are invited to attend the co-located events for free — giving you the opportunity to spend quality time with decorated apparel professionals, many of whom are also selling a variety of ad specialty products. In fact, the wearables segment of our industry comprises over one-third of all industry sales. During these co-located events, Advantages Roadshow exhibitors will see over 250 distributors and decorators in just one city.

What are the set up and show hours?
Set up is from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. each morning. In most locations, you may also set up the night before. Show hours are 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Distributor education sessions run from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m

How do my materials get moved from city to city? What is my company’s obligation beyond the show hours?
Show hours are 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Set up is from 7:00 a.m.
to 9:00 a.m. each morning. In most locations, you may also set up the night before. At 1:00 p.m., the show breaks down. You may drive your own materials to the next location, or take advantage of our passenger van and cargo truck services (extra fees apply).

What is the Advantages Roadshow pricing?
The regular rate for ASI supplier members is $1,399 per week/ $1,550 per Super Week.
A minimum deposit of $250 per Roadshow week is required upon signing, with balance in full due 60 days prior to the show week.

What does my exhibitor fee include?
An 8' table*, light snacks and an attendee list via email.
(The contact information may be used only by exhibiting company and cannot be transferred to another person or entity. Any misuse of this information will result in a $1,500 fine.) *An exhibitor may use an 8’ display rather than a tabletop.

Can multi-line reps exhibit?
Yes, multi-line reps are welcome to participate in the Advantages Roadshows.

Are professional rep services available? (Rent-A-Rep)
Yes, for suppliers who want to reap all the benefits of reaching active ASI distributor members and salespeople in key geographic areas around the country, but don’t have available staff to work the Advantages Roadshows, we can help. Our Rent-A-Rep Program is available to suppliers who reserve a minimum of three weeks of Roadshow.

Do I have to commit to a week of Advantages Roadshows at a time or can I choose certain cities a la carte?
You may choose a la carte days at the rate of $499 per city/$625 per Super City.
