Van and Cargo Service*
The Advantages Roadshow takes the hassle out of getting from city to city during the show week. We make sure both you and your materials travel from show to show without any problems!
When you register for the Advantages Roadshow Van and Cargo Service,
you just leave your show materials (packed) and jump in our
van. We will drive you and your materials to the next
city. You get to sit back and relax!
Van Service: $100 per week (includes a fuel surcharge)
Cargo Service: $399 per week (includes a fuel surcharge)
*Cargo includes 5 - 7 standard sized boxes. Additional charges will apply for more boxes. |

Freight Service
Exhibiting consecutive weeks? Not to worry! The Advantages Roadshow offers easy and economical shipping for suppliers from the ending show of one week to the beginning city of the next week.
Freight Service is $1.50 a pound. |

Note: Suppliers, it is recommended to ship consumable products (catalogs and samples) daily to each city's hotel. Do not ship the entire week's consumable products to the first city's hotel. |
