Andy Cohen is Editor of Counselor magazine. He previously was Editor of Incentive & Potentials magazine at The Nielsen Company in New York. While working for Nielsen, Andrew’s work received four Jesse H. Neal Awards, the highest honor in business journalism. This year, under Andrew’s leadership, Counselor magazine received its second consecutive Neal Award for its annual State of the Industry issue. |

Jo-an Lantz is Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors for Geiger. She is a former ASI International Person of the Year (2004), and a member of ASI Power 50 (#3 in 2006). She represents Geiger as the sole US member of the international group WAGE (World Advertising Gift Exchange), a 50 year organization with 26 members from 25 different countries. Jo-an has served on a variety of different industry groups and associations. |

Jeff Lederer is the Executive Vice President for Prime Line. He has been in the industry for over 15 years and has been instrumental in helping Prime Line remain on the leading edge with an award-winning web site, primeline.com, the introduction of key new product categories, such as, the USB and robotic categories and the introduction of new items across all of Prime Line’s product categories. Jeff is also responsible for maintaining and developing Prime Line’s customer-centric sales, marketing and service focuses for distributors. |

Ira Neaman founded Vantage Apparel, a Counselor Top 40 supplier of decorated wearables in 1977. For more than 30 years, he has served as President of Vantage. Ira has been an active member in the advertising specialty industry, serving on committees including Leadership Advisory, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Research. In 2003, Ira was named the Counselor magazine Person of the Year and in 2007 was included on the Counselor’s Power 50. Ira shares his expertise in all areas of manufacturing, decoration and apparel trends as a regular speaker for the industry’s continuing education program. |

Danielle started with Dard Products in 2001, and was promoted within 4 months to Vice President. Danielle works on maintaining accounts both locally and worldwide, with constant communication with overseas ensuring safety and compliance is in effect across the board. Danielle has been put in place alongside President Bonni Shevin Sandy to help and grow key accounts both stateside and worldwide. Danielle oversees 10 production managers in the US, 6 in Hong Kong and 6 in China. She also assists with product design and product development to ensure the most creative and innovative items worldwide. Danielle also manages safety and compliance throughout Dard, to ensure the proper testing and procedures are followed, she attends compliance meetings, and studies the most up to date rules and regulations. |

David joined AIA as President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2003, and led a management buyout of the company in July 2005. He is an experienced senior executive with a strong background in the promotional products, packaging and management consulting industries. David has spent most of his career guiding the profitable development of startup and fast-growth companies. He currently serves as Immediate Past Chairman of the Promotional Products Education Foundation, which raises money for scholarships for children of the industry. |

Jim Stutz is Executive Vice-President of Sales and Business Development at HALO/Lee Wayne Corp. He is responsible for all aspects of HALO/Lee Wayne sales, including field sales management, large-client acquisition, business development and recruiting. Jim was recently with Cintas Corporation where he spent over 18 years with the $4 billion a year business services company. Since 2002, Jim had led the newly created promotional product business unit at Cintas, spearheading an effort that grew over four fold in his tenure there. Jim’s expertise is in business-to-business marketing and customer facing technologies. |
