MATERIAL DETAILS
Exhibitors need to deliver their product and/or literature to the New Product Showcase during set-up day by 4:00 p.m. Any products dropped off the morning of the show opening will not be placed in the showcase until the afternoon due to the attendee traffic in the showcase. Products must be tagged with company name and asi number for proper identification. Products valued under $50 will not be returned, and may be used for any purpose by The ASI Show, including a prize drawing for visitors to the showcase. Products valued over $50 must be picked up no later than one hour after the close of the show; otherwise, product will be disposed of as The ASI Show sees fit. The ASI Show is not responsible for lost, damaged or mishandled products.
