Terms for 1-19 salespeople:

Offer is good for each 2012 ASI Show. Your annual reimbursement for attending any or all ASI Shows is the annual value of your ASI services or $1,000, whichever is less. You must be an active ASI member at time of reimbursement. Hotel reservations need to be made through The ASI Show official housing company. Hotel room must be for the first night of exhibits (Orlando: Jan. 17; Dallas: Feb. 2; San Diego: April 3; New York: May 9; Chicago: July 18). Participant must be scanned at least one time during both exhibit days. To be eligible, sales representatives should be registered for The ASI Show using the supplied marketing code. Hotel and gala reimbursements (once verified by The ASI Show) will be made via one check written to the company's name. Reimbursements will only be made for employees of the registered company. Offer cannot be combined with any other special hotel offer.

Terms for 20 or more salespeople:

This special offer may not be combined with any other ASI Show promotion or discounts (no other special offers apply). You must commit to bringing at least 20 people some of whom will provide testimonials for ASI Show to utilize in future marketing pieces. The people you bring must be active in the industry as employees or agents for your company, and visit the show floor on both show days. Distributor company meetings can not conflict with more than one hour each day of the show. Meeting space is limited by availability. ASI Show dates are subject to change.

Hotel Offer:
Hotel reservations must be made through the official housing company of The ASI Show. Reimbursement will be for one room based on the selected hotel per city. Reimbursement based on double occupancy. Both people in the room must attend the show both days and get their badges scanned on the way into the exhibit hall or by a supplier on the show floor each day.

Important to note: Hotels to be assigned by ASI Show management; subject to availability. If you would like to stay at another show hotel, we will reimburse you up to the hotel room amount of the selected hotel per city. Total reimbursement is limited to the total amount spent with ASI the year prior to the meeting. There is no limitation to the amount of rooms being reimbursed and no Saturday night stay over is required to participate in the promotion. Any cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the show.

Travel Reimbursement: $50 travel reimbursement for attending both exhibit days or $25 reimbursement for attending one exhibit day. No reimbursement for education day. Travel reimbursement will be made after participant completes an electronic post-show survey.
