ASI Show has implemented plans to keep you safe at ASI Show Fort Worth, January 31 – February 2, 2022.

The safety and well-being of our exhibitors, attendees and the community is our #1 priority, so we are working closely with the convention center services and all contracted hotels to ensure precautionary measures are in place. Please note that these safety measures will be updated based on current CDC recommendations and any government, state and federal mandates.

ASI Show is following CDC guidelines for each location. Updated January 13, 2021

  • All attendees and exhibitors at ASI Fort Worth are encouraged to wear a mask on the trade show floor, in meeting spaces and in our registration area.
  • Unvaccinated attendees and exhibitors are required to wear a mask/face covering.
  • 100% of ASI staff at the show are fully vaccinated and are required to wear masks on the show floor and in all convention center meeting spaces (except when eating, drinking or presenting).
  • All staff in the registration area will be required to wear masks.
  • Masks are required while riding any public transportation in Fort Worth

Social Distancing

  • Seating for educational sessions, general sessions and meeting rooms will be set up 3 ft. apart for physical distancing.
  • Plexiglass shields will be installed at the registration counters, sales office and service desks.
  • The capacity in all areas will be reduced to allow for appropriate physical distancing.
  • Directional entrances and exits will be in place.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. These sanitizer dispensers will be placed at the following high contact areas:

  • Entrances/gates
  • Top and bottom of stairs and escalators
  • Inside each elevator car
  • Standing dispensers will be placed through the Expo hall and public spaces.
