Distributor Qualifications for fASI500 participation

Who can participate?

fASI500 is an invitation-only hosted buyer event open to ASI distributor members who have an annual personal promotional products sales volume of $500k+. With a limited number of spots, you must be pre-qualified.

What is the format?

During a three-day schedule, we preset private 20 minute meetings between pre-qualified, invited distributors and highly sought after suppliers, with time throughout the day and evening to check in with the office or catch up on important business calls. Plus, after-hour networking and group meals deliver an interactive forum to foster new relationships and connect with other high-level professionals.

What is the cost to attend?

There is no cost for an invited distributor. Coach round-trip airfares, all accommodations and meals for invited $500k+ sales producers are covered by fASI500 for the duration of the event.

Supplier Qualifications for fASI500 participation

How can my company participate in fASI500?

Suppliers wishing to participate must be an ASI member in good standing, in the industry for at least 2 years, and have a 3, 4 or 5 star rating.

Will my competitors be attending or will there be other suppliers offering the same products?

For the benefit of participating distributors, ASI works to present a variety of companies and products and. We will seek to have as little overlap as reasonably possible. The decision of who participates is 100% at the discretion of show management and there are no promises to any supplier about not allowing competitors to participate at fASI500. fASI500 will not use a first right of refusal policy. When considering participation; show management will consider: product category(s) of supplier, date application received and ASI Show Priority Points - accumulated based on spending across the entire ASI Show portfolio

How does fASI500 differ from fASIlitate?

fASI500 is offered to 3-, 4-, and 5-star ASI supplier members, who have been in the industry for at least two years and are in good standing. fASIlitate is only available to 4- and 5-star suppliers.

The invited distributors at fASI500 personally sell $500,000+ annually of promotional products. To qualify for fASIlitate, distributors must sell $1,000,000+ annually of promotional products.

The fASI500 format will differ slightly from fASIlitate in that the first night will open with a casual meet and greet cocktail reception, rather than a full dinner, allowing more flexibility for arrival times and suite set up. Also, each morning will begin a bit less formally than fASIlitate. Breakfast at fASI500 is included at no cost to you as part of your hotel amenities, but will be on your own, rather than in a group setting, providing participants with more flexibility in the morning before the meetings begin.
